“We are focusing on high intensity practices and cleaning up a few things we have noticed that’s hurt us in games,” said libeo Kate Cobb. “Not only are we focusing on tightening our game but on our relationships as well. A team that plays for each other every point is hard to break and allows for more consistency."
The Foresters rushed out to an early 5-0 start, this decade's best.
"The defensive mindset is 'don't let anything hit the floor,'" junior libero Kate Cobb said. "That's why I love volleyball so much. It just fits my personality."
The women's volleyball team completed a series sweep over Spring Arbor Oct. 17. The win ended a six-game slump, and Josie Beavers and Audrey Mallers each tallied 16 kills in the victory.
