People can still be fashionable while stuck at home.

This month, for what’s trending, we are looking at lockdown fashion trends. Now I know what you are thinking: how are there fashion trends if people are home all day? Believe it or not, there are!
First up, sweat suits. Sweat suits are really trendy right now. It does make sense; they’re cute and comfortable as heck! It’s like the new fancy pajamas. The more oversized and baggy they are, the better. We see matching sweat suits on both men and women, and it’s great.
The most popular sweat suit right now is tie-dye, and acid-washed with bleach. You can buy these online any time, but I would recommend bleaching or tying them yourself. Not only is it fun, but it’s a way to pass the time. It feels so good to wear your own awesome creation!
Another trend right now for both men and women is sworts. Sworts are sweatpants cut into shorts. I’m not sure if I personally will hop onto this trend quite yet, but I will say that sworts and a matching tank top set is tempting. These are also really simple to make on your own; just take an old pair of sweatpants and cut them into your desired length. If you want to make a set, find a top (tank, shirt or hoody) that’s the same color as the sworts, and either tie-dye them or bleach them the same way. This, once again, is a fun activity to pass the time and feels great to wear.
Lastly, but most importantly, medical face masks are trending right now. People have used this time to become really creative and make themselves masks in different colors and prints. It’s fashionable and keeps you safe at the same time, so why not wear it with a cute pair of medical clothes and your matching sweat suit the next time you’re quickly running to the grocery store?
