This fall, look to unclutter your room. No matter which residence hall you reside in, space is precious and organization is key, but you don’t always know where to start and how to make it look chic.

Enter, Mason jars. Mason jars provide a quick, inexpensive, and oh-so-cute way to add color and organization to your dorm or bathroom. To make these adorable organizers, all you need are Mason jars and your favorite color of spray paint.

The Mason jars featured used metallic paint on the outside for a flat finish, but for metallic finish, simply spray some paint inside the jar, screw on the lid, and shake until the entire jar is covered with paint. Be sure to spray outside and in a well ventilated area.

You’re not limited to only Mason jars. Bundt pans make great places to store makeup, and once painted to match your jars, it is the perfect item to round the collection out. Get creative with other organizing pieces!
